The 1500LB high-pressure ball valve is made of high-quality forged steel materials, and undergoes precision forging and advanced processing technology to ensure that the valve body has extremely high strength and pressure resistance. II. Product Structure
1.Valve Body
– Made of high-strength A105; F304F; F55; F11; F22 forged steel materials, etc., the structure is sturdy and can withstand pressures up to 1500LB, ensuring that it can withstand high-pressure environments.
2.Ball
– The carefully processed ball is made of bidirectional stainless steel, which fits closely with the valve seat to achieve precise flow control and sealing. The ball surface is sprayed with carbide or STL.
3.Valve stem
– The sturdy valve stem is made of 14-7PH precipitation hardened steel to ensure accurate rotation of the ball and smooth and reliable operation.
4.Valve seat
– High-performance valve seat materials, PEEK or STL, provide good sealing performance and effectively prevent medium leakage.
