Features and Advantages of Duplex Stainless Steel

  1. Excellent Corrosion Resistance

– Duplex stainless steel combines the benefits of austenite and ferrite. It surpasses traditional stainless steel in corrosion resistance. It effectively resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and other forms of corrosion, especially in chlorine-containing environments. Common grades like S32205 and S32760 offer particularly high corrosion resistance.

Differences Between Duplex Stainless Steel and Other Stainless Steels
