The regulating valve is composed of two main assemblies: valve body assembly and actuator assembly, which are divided into four series: single-seat series control valve, double-seat series control valve, sleeve series control valve and self-operated series control valve . Variations of the four types of valves result in many different applicable configurations.
Regulating valves
The control valve is a crucial valve in the process of industrial automation. It’s mainly used for precisely controlling the parameters such as the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of fluids (like liquids, gases, or vapors).The control valve usually consists of an actuator and a valve body. The actuator drives the movement of the valve core in the valve body according to the control signal and changes the cross – sectional area of the fluid passage, thus realizing the adjustment of fluid parameters. It features high precision and good stability. It’s widely used in numerous industries such as chemical, petroleum, and electric power, capable of meeting complex process requirements and effectively improving production efficiency, product quality, and the safety and economy of system operation.
