Cement plant

Special valves for hydropower stations are mainly used in turbine water inlet pipes. They are characterized by automated control valves, mainly electric control, pneumatic control valves, etc. Water turbine water inlet valves mostly use electric ball valves, electric butterfly valves, hydraulically controlled butterfly valves, hydraulically controlled ball valves, etc. as water turbine water inlet valves, which are used for overhaul and maintenance of water turbines and other related power generation equipment.
Natural gas
Natural gas working conditions have very strict requirements for pipeline valves. In natural gas working conditions, we must pay attention to requirements such as explosion prevention and leakage prevention, fire prevention and anti-static. Under normal natural gas working conditions, fireproof and anti-static ball valves will be selected, and electric actuators or pneumatic actuators shall be explosion-proof, or Adopt gas-hydraulic linkage actuator. The valve adopts welding connection or flange connection.
Petroleum industry
Special valves for oil pipelines use ball valves, flat gate valves, globe valves and other high-pressure resistant valves. Steam system
Steam system valves usually have temperatures above 300°C and pressures up to 10MPa, so the sealing and leakage requirements for the valves are usually higher. For valves that need to be resistant to high temperatures and high pressures, our valve seat sealing surfaces usually use carbide sealing surfaces, which require chromium-molybdenum steel, stainless steel and other alloy materials. The valves usually use bellows globe valves, bellows gate valves, steam pressure reducing valves, steam Regulating valve, etc.
Waterworks
Special valves for water plants, referred to as water valves, are generally made of ductile iron, cast steel, etc., and the sealing ring is made of nitrile rubber.
