A self-operated pressure control valve is a type of valve used to regulate pressure within fluid systems. Self-acting Control Valve
The self – operated regulating valve is a valve that doesn’t require external energy and relies on its own regulating mechanism to control fluid parameters. It mainly consists of a valve body, an actuator and a regulating element.Its working principle is based on the energy of the medium itself, such as pressure and temperature changes, to drive the valve to act. When the regulated parameter changes, the regulating element will automatically adjust the valve opening so that the fluid parameter is stabilized near the set value. The self – operated regulating valve has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and energy – saving. It’s widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, heat – supply and HVAC. It’s especially suitable for systems that don’t require extremely high control accuracy but need stable operation, providing a reliable solution for the automatic regulation of fluid systems.
